Tracks 1-5 were recorded at Cros Nest Studios in Croydon in April 2006 - released as a 7" by Ghost City Records.

Tracks 6-11 were recorded at City of Dis Studios in Gillingham, Kent in May 2006 - released as a one sided 12" by Ghost City Records.

Tracks 12-15 were recorded at 284 Studios in Brighton in 2004. Tracks 12-14 released on a split 7" with The Permanent by Speedowax records. Track 15 released on the Bitter Days Ahead compilation by Ghost City Records.

All tracks were mastered for this CD at Cros Nest Studios in Croydon.
