Of all of Andy Summers' post-Police productions, I have to say that The Golden Wire has remained perhaps my favorite. The ambient, relaxing, other-worldly atmospheres created by Andy's brilliant guitar work are mesmerizing. Fans of the Police will recognize the voice of his instrument here, even if used in ways entirely removed from a pop-rock setting
