As Demons & Wizards, they released their self-titled debut in 1999 and followed with Touched By The Crimson King in 2005. Both of those albums were reissued last year and are well worth checking out. The band also played live in 2019, whetting fans appetites for fresh material. Now, after a gap of nearly 15 years they are back with a new album, the aptly titled III. III draws elements from Demons & Wizards first two releases, but also moves the band forward. We have grown indeed, Schaffer says, and that will be obvious from the first listen.
