I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose - Bombay Bicycle Club. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей коллекцией. I Had the Blues But I Shook Them Loose is the first album by the London indie rock band, Bombay Bicycle Club released on 3 July 2009. The band announced the title through MySpace and their official website on 31 March 2009. The album was recorded during October and November 2008, with the long-term producer Jim Abbiss. The title comes from a line in the song After Hours by A Tribe Called Quest, from their 1990 album People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm. Bombay Bicycle Club - Emergency Contraception Blues. Bombay Bicycle Club - Lamplight. Bombay Bicycle Club - Evening, Morning. Bombay Bicycle Club - Dust On The Ground. Bombay Bicycle Club - Ghost. Bombay Bicycle Club - Always Like This. Bombay Bicycle Club - The Giantess. This is the second track of the debut album I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose by much-hyped indie darlings, Bombay Bicycle Club. C Bicycle Club were the center of quite a bit of attention, both in their native England and abroad, thanks to their big win in Virgin Mobile's Road to V battle-of-the-bands competition. Following their win, they played dozens of live shows, were tirelessly blogged about, were featured in NME, and entertained a good number of offers from big labels - all of this before they graduated from upper secondary school. And their level-headed approach seems to have paid off - I Had the Blues But I Shook Them Loose is a sleek, polished, balanced listen made up of the kind of punchy, angular, brooding-vocals-and-pounding-bass indie rock that brings to mind Franz Ferdinand and Bloc Party. Bombay Bicycle Club: Next Steps. Crouch End indie sensations Bombay Bicycle Club have been wandering the indie hinterlands for a couple of years now since first forming in 2006. It was a a year wherein they won The Road To V as mere nippers well, average age 16, and have since been picking up a host of admirers such as Jo Whiley and Zane Lowe along the way. Neither from India, renowned cyclists or much of a club, the Bombays have finally got round to a full length audio experience. On paper, things dont bode well for Bombay Bicycle Club: their curry house-inspired name implies a wacky and erroneous grasp of irony that wears a traffic cone for a hat at their first gig they played funk songs to their school assembly and the.
