I Can't Help Myself Sugar Pie Honey Bunch is a 1965 hit song recorded by the Four Tops for the Motown label. Written and produced by Motown's main production team HollandDozierHolland, I Can't Help Myself is one of the most well-known Motown recordings of the 1960s and among the decade's biggest hits. The single reached number one on Billboard's R&B chart and also peaked at number one on the Hot 100 for two non-consecutive weeks, from June 12 to June 19 and from June 26 to July 3 in 1965. A second Bonnie Pointer LP was released that same year, but it took about a year for I Can't Help Myself to find a place on the dance floors in late 1979 and early 1980. The album version did even better than Heaven and got all the way to 4 disco, but only 40 on the pop charts.
