Excluding the one-long-song albums, this is one of only two Boris full-lengths to have vocals on every song the other being 2008's Smile, and the first time that Takeshi performed lead vocals for the band although Atsuo performs lead vocals on Huge. This is probably the most arty, esoteric Boris album that I enjoy. These tracks are long, often repetitive, and uniformly pretty slow. The cover art is unabashedly silly. No one would call it a good entry point to the band's catalog, although many fans probably exited about halfway into the opening track. There is just one context in which you can really call this album fun, and that's when you've got a bong and an eighth on hand and let's face it, if you listen to Boris, you probably do.
