Notes
On the CD, tracks 7 and 8 are switched (presumably by mistake?). On the written tracklist, and confirmed by the digital release, track 7 is supposed to be 'Boardin' USA!' and track 8 is supposed to be 'The Ballad of Buffalo Bill,' but that is inverted on the actual CD.
