Or at least, that's what it sounds like on his album The Last Time I Was Here. It's an album of moody, atmospheric pop that sounds like Duncan is trying just a bit too hard to be hip. It's not a disaster just unoriginal. One particularly good example is This Love Is What I Get, with Duncan whispering the lyrics at the end. Whispering It just doesn't work.
