- Limited edition dualdisc version of the album, which was originally released in 1991. The CD side is the album, remastered, with bonus tracks taken from Carcass - Tools Of The Trade EP. The DVD side is a documentary filmed in 2007.
- The cover and spine say MOSH043CDD by mistake (which is actually the cat-no. of Cathedral's first album) whereas it's really MOSH042CDD. This is only mentioned on the inner ring of the disc.
- Spine has the word "Insalubrious" in the title misspelled as "Insalbrious".
- First 5000 copies of the release feature "Death Scene Cards", which are the black & white photos of the band on the cover of the album.
