Booklet contains lyrics, one black & white photo each of Rozz, Valor, and David, and a poem by Valor. The back of the booklet is pink and has the list of titles (not track list on the back of the CD), credits, and a dedication. The back of the CD box has a photo of Gitane Demone with her hands covering her face (but not her eyes), and another poem by Valor. The CD itself is light blue or gray and have the cross and bones logo.

Catastrophe Ballet is the second album studio by Christian Death with the arrival of Valor Kand and Gitane DeMone, besides Rozz Williams, the lineup Ballet is the second studio album by American rock band Christian Death.
