I like some separate moments of it, especially some jazzy perfect musicianship in a moments. But to be a really strong album, there are too many weak points. The time that would hang by the time the flow that reached in Colosseum developed in this Colosseum 2 required a little long period. And, development and the directionality of the music character that Jon Hiseman thinks about might have strengthened further in Tempest. Jon Hiseman that thought about the reorganization of Colosseum splendidly projected the character and the reflection to this band again. Wardance shows many of the attributes associated to symphonic rock, from a surrealistic record cover and detailed information about what amplifiers and cymbals the band uses, to song titles like Star MaidenMysteriosoQuasar. But even though Colosseum II had much in common with symphonic rock, they were more of a jazz-rock or fusion band. While none of the musicians are anything even close to restrictive in their playing, Moore's solo guitar is what many of the songs are built up around. Colosseum II was a British progressive jazz-rock band formed in 1975 by former Colosseum drummer and bandleader Jon Hiseman, which featured guitarist Gary Moore. Following the demise of his previous band, Tempest, Hiseman announced his plan for a new, as yet unnamed, outfit in November 1974, but only Moore was named as a member.
