This is the 55th album I've reviewed for PA and to be honest, none of the past 54 were as hard to write about as this one was. This is extremely dense, extremely challenging music, and as such it's very hard to describe. Despite this difficulty, though, I have to say that this is one of the most impressive metal albums I've heard in a good long time, and while it took me several listens to even begin to absorb, it's a very rewarding listen if you give it time.
