It's a pretty professional looking cover so I actually thought this was an official out it's not. As an avid collector with hundreds if not thousands of bootlegs in my collection, this doesn't really bother me too much except that the overall quality is nothing like what you see on the cover. He joined as guitarist and co-lead vocalist in 1968 shortly before the departure of founding member Syd Barrett.
