Album 1998 6 Songs. Triple Concerto for Violin, Cello & Piano in C Major, Op. 56: II. By Ludwig van BeethovenBerlin Philharmonic, David Oistrakh & Herbert von Karajan. 56: III. Rondo all polacca. Double Concerto for Violin & Cello in A Minor, Op. By Johannes BrahmsCleveland Orchestra, David Oistrakh & George Szell. Ludwig van Beethoven Berliner Philharmoniker David Oistrakh Mstislav Rostropovich Sviatoslav Richter. Ludwig van Beethoven composed his Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 61, in 1806. Its first performance by Franz Clement was unsuccessful and for some decades the work languished in obscurity, until revived in 1844 by Joseph Joachim. Since then it has become one of the best-known violin concertos. Beethoven had previously written a number of pieces for violin and orchestra. At some point in 17902, before his musical maturity, he began a Violin Concerto in C, of which only a fragment of the first. 2012 г. Beethoven Violin Concerto by David Oistrakh with Interview.
