This concert was recorded at the Montreux Jazz Festival on 16 July 2011. Besides a 2CD release, the concert film has also been released on DVD and Blu-ray. The centrepiece of the concert is of course the concerto itself but it is preceded by a short set of other Jon Lord tracks, songs from Roger Glovers Butterfly Ball sung by Ronnie James Dio and Ian Paices jazz arrangement of the early Purple classic Wring That Neck.
