Dolores Hope had been putting out a few solo albums late in her career, so it was only natural that Bob would join her on one. Since he gave us so many(perhaps more than anyone will)Christmas specials both on radio, TV and live, it's nice that we can continue to have the Hope's for Christmas every year through song. Nick Perito who worked with Andy Williams for so many years produced, arranged and conducted this album so quality was insured. Some new songs and some old. Dolores' voice was still magnificent, but Bob's had diminished some. It's a shame he did a solo song, as the duets were much better. The lyrics to, I wish..., (&) Jack Frost are included along with a brief note by Dolores.
