Only in Dreams is the second album by Dum Dum Girls, released on September 27, 2011 by Sub Pop. Two singles were released from the album. Coming Down was issued for streaming on July 19, 2011, and then a 7 was given away with pre-orders and first pressings of the album, on September 27. Only in Dreams is a much more fully formed and real sounding record that makes a huge leap from the bedroom to the studio, and could leave some of the bands original fans shaking their heads at some of the changes the bands leader Dee Dee has made. All this realness could be a deal breaker especially since Only in Dreams isnt a fun and immediately enjoyable album like I Will Be was indeed, the main theme can be summed up in the lyrics in the heartbreaking Caught in One this years been a dragwho knew itd be so bad .
