RTW Ka-Spel has been doing dream logic pieces for so long now that this relatively song-based collection comes as a surprise. For the most part, it has the same skeletal, spacious, and jazzy metronome balladry that dominated Pieces of 8 and Long Red Ladder, only much more minimal.
