Baltic Voices 1 - Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, Paul Hillier. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей коллекцией. Album 2002 15 Songs. Albums You May Also Like. Baltic Voices 1. Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir & Paul Hillier. Ešenvalds: Northern Lights. Trinity College Choir, Cambridge & Stephen Layton. Gjeilo: Northern Lights. Ola Gjeilo, Harrington String Quartet, Charles Bruffy, Phoenix Chorale, Emmanuel Lopez, Alison Chaney & Ted Belledin. Conductor Paul Hillier and the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir have, impressively, found general success with an album of almost completely unknown material. The Baltic region is generously defined here to extend as far west as Denmark Per Nørgård's Winter Hymn and eastward to Russia Alfred Schnittke's Three Sacred Hymns, which make an ideal stopping-place for the disc. Baltic Voices 2 is available in both regular and SACD versions. The Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir EPCC is a professional choir based in Estonia. It was founded in 1981 by Tõnu Kaljuste, who was its conductor for twenty years. In 2001, Paul Hillier followed Kaljuste's tenure, becoming the EPCC's principal conductor and artistic director until September 2008, when Daniel Reuss took over the task. Since 2014 the choir's principal conductor has been Kaspars Putniņš. Формируйте собственную коллекция коллекцию записей Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, Paul Hillier. In 2001, Paul Hillier followed Kaljuste's tenure, becoming the EPCC's current principal conductor and artistic director. The repertoire of the EPCC ranges from Gregorian Chant to modern works, particularly those of the Estonian composers Arvo Pärt and Veljo Tormis. Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir. Five songs from Gloria Patri 1988: XXIII. Oremus, 08:12. On Leaving 1999: Kondakion, 02:19. Three Sacred Hymns 19834: III. Our Father in heaven, 03:35. The Orlando Consort, Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, Paul Hillier. 2008 Tarik O'Regan, Guillaume de Machaut, Gavin Bryars. Arvo Pärt: Da pacem. Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, Paul Hillier, Christopher Bowers-Broadbent. A New Joy: Orthodox Christmas. The runes on this excellent album of choral works range from the rustic chants of Cyrillus Kreek to the religious pieces of Veljo Tormis and Sibelius's Rakastava, where the lilting, rhythmic interplay of voices slips into soft languor once the union is consummated. The most striking piece is Erik Bergman's Lapponia, in which the use of wordless phonemes is aptly elemental, with deep lowing beneath. Exclusive discount for Prime members.
