Progressive History XXX is for the hard core Fluke collector who wants to hear the early works that never made it to CD, the artful album cuts and the rare remixes. Progressive History X is for the fan who first listened to Atom Bomb or some other song from the Risotto album on some dance floor and wants more of those infectious beats. Basically X has tracks and remixes that run the gamut of Fluke's more popular dance tracks. Most of the music comes from the three albums Six Wheels on my Wagon, Oto and Risotto. But don't get discouraged if you already have any of these albums. PH X i. Progressive History X would have fared better by showcasing lesser-known instrumentals from Fluke's catalog. As a retrospective, this album doesn't speak well for Fluke's cultural impact or historical relevance. Unless you can't get enough of yesterday's club anthems and don't crave currency in your musical tastes, I would caution you away from this purchase. Progressive History XXX.
