In The Netherlands, record company WEA mailed out copies of this album to Dutch record store owners together with a press kit that contained a letter from the sales manager, a biography and press clippings. The accompanying letter contained an invitation to a Gail Ann Dorsey live concert in Paradiso, Amsterdam on January 20th, 1989. The promotional copies were simply free copies of the official release and were sent out in December 1988 they did not come with white labels or different artwork.
