Rare release from 1996. Manufactured in Australia. Live tracks on the bonus cd appeared previously on various CD singles released in the UK and Germany. Only the sticker on the front of the case indicates this special release. There is an insert card (see photo) expalining what the 2nd CD is & no specific information regarding where the tracks were recorded is listed. Catolog numbers on the back insert, front insert, and CD1 are the same as the standard Austalian release. Only the 2nd CD carried the unique catolog number.
