Joe Cusatis presents some exercises that give the drummer a workable pattern to get around the drum set. His lessons start out slow and easy. He takes time to build the drummer up to a pretty busy and fast pace. I am very glad I was turned on to this book. Joe Cusatis' book is designed to get you moving around the kit with exercises to help strengthen and speed up your arms.
