Key differentiation factor between this release and Kings Of Leon - Youth & Young Manhood - is a spot varnished Copy Protected logo on the left side of the disc face and on the lower left of the front cover. The Copy Protected logo on this release is as in this image scanned from this release it is the same silver and white colour as disc face graphics. The Copy Protected logo is also spot varnished in the lower left corner of the cover panel of the gatefold. Kings Of Leon - Youth & Young Manhood has a very clear BLACK Copy Protected logo on the Right side of the disc face.

This edition is issued in a digipak cover and features hidden track Talihina Sky preceded and followed by two periods of silence on track 11. Front cover image and CD face are spot varnished silver on a white background.
An enhanced portion is apparently only accessible via an application on the disc.

Youth & Young Manhood is the debut album from American rock band Kings of Leon, released on July 7, 2003, in the United Kingdom and on August 19, 2003, in the United States. The title was taken from a drawing of the family tree of Moses, found on the inside of one of their Pentecostal preaching father's Bibles. Each branch contained a line that the band was quoted as saying could easily have passed for an album title. Youth and Young Manhood, however, seemed fitting and was quickly agreed upon by all. Youth & Young Manhood is the debut album from Kings of Leon. The album was recorded between Sound City Studios in Van Nuys, Shangri-La Studios in Malibu and Ocean Way Nashville. Mollys Chambers, Wasted Time and California Waiting were all released as singles. Spiral Staircase featured on MotorStorm.
