Текст песни: Where did you see me last, was it down in Dingly Dell Could you really tell if it were I or just a passing butterfly Where will you see me next, will you wear a ribbon in your hair Look at me but do not stare or I may Dell is a 1972 album by English rock band Lindisfarne. The album was produced by and mixed by Bob Johnston, who had also worked on the earlier No. 1 album Fog on the Tyne. However, the band were unhappy with the album, and remixed it themselves shortly before it was released. Dingly Dell was released in September 1972. It spent ten weeks in the UK album charts, entering at No. 5 and never going above this position. Album 1972 13 Songs. Dingly Dell. Rock in album Lindisfarne - Dingly Dell 1972. Lindisfarne - All Fall Down. Lindisfarne - Planktons Lament. Lindisfarne - Bring Down The Government. Lindisfarne - Poor Old Ireland. Lindisfarne - Don't Ask Me. Precisely what was wrong with Dingly Dell is unclear listening to the album today. The band's playing is spirited enough - they sound like Pentangle with higher wattage, dueling with Fairport Convention, and there are lots of enjoyable songs, even if they lack the cutting lyrical edge of Meet Me on the Corner or Fog on the Tyne. 12 tracks 35:24.
