Mahlathini Nezintombi Zomgqashiyo: South African mbaqanga singer. Known as the Lion of Soweto, Nkabinde is the acknowledged exponent of the deep-voiced, basso profundo groaning style that came to symbolize mbaqanga music in the 1960s.
