This record is limited to a total pressing of 1000 copies. Approximately 375 copies of those 1000 include the "Live Burial" LP on a third disc on clear vinyl in a picture sleeve (Die-Hard Edition). This also contain an A1 poster designed by Justin Bartlett and two inserts.
This entry also includes a Tarot Card. This Version was sold directly by the band and is limited to 78 copies (Ultra Die-Hard Edition).
"Live Burial" was originally released in 2004 as an edition of 13 CDrs. Recorded live in the rehearsal cavern on three microphones, 20/10/2004. An unmixed, unmastered testament.

Moss' track 'Crawl Scrape' was recorded during the Cthonic Rites sessions and will remain unreleased. In 2012 Moss began recordings for the album Horrible Night, which was released in March 2013 on Rise Above, followed by their first headlining European tour, including appearances at the Roadburn Festival and a headlinging appearance at the 2nd annual Heavy Days in Doom Town.
