Album

Bungle is the debut studio album by American experimental rock band Mr. It was released on August 13, 1991, through Warner Bros. The album contains many genre shifts which are typical of the band, and helped increase the band's popularity, gaining them a cult following. The album cover features artwork by Dan Sweetman, originally published in the story, A Cotton Candy Autopsy in the DC ComicsPiranha Press imprint title Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children. Bungle: American experimental rock band from Northern California. Known for a highly eclectic style, the band often cycles through several musical genres within the course of a single song, including heavy metal, avant-garde jazz, ska, disco, and funk. Many Mr. Bungle songs had an unconventional structure and utilized a wide array of instruments and samples. Live shows often featured members dressing up and an array of cover songs. Pink Cigarette, Retrovertigo, Goodbye Sober Day и другие песни. To say that Mr. Bungle is unfocused is like criticizing a rapper for not being able to sing - it may be true, but it misses the point of the music. Bungle is a dizzying, disconcerting, schizophrenic tour through just about any rock style the group can think of, hopping from genre to genre without any apparent rhyme or reason, and sometimes doing so several times in the same song. Mike Patton's lyrics are even more bizarrely humorous than those he used in Faith No More, and they're also less self-censored, as titles like Squeeze Me Macaroni, My Ass Is on Fire,&q. Album 1991 10 Songs. Hard Rock free to Mr. Bungle Mr. Bungle Travolta, Slowly Growing Deaf and more. 10 tracks . Bungle is the 1991 self-titled album by Mr. The album contains many genre shifts which are typical of the band, and helped increase the band's popularity, gaining them a reasonable following and fanbase. The first track, Quote Unquote, was originally titled Travolta, but had to be changed for legal reasons. Bungle: Retrovertigo, Pink Cigarette, Goodbye Sober Day и другие песни. Bungles self titled studio debut is an album that combines elements of jazz and metal with hints of ska. They also take largely from the atmosphere of a circus, using brass and organs in their songs. The album features two songs previously on their tapes before getting licensed with Warner Brothers, being Carousel and Egg. Bungle was able to get a record label with Warner Brothers due to one factor, and that was Mike Pattons inclusion in Faith No More. He had agreed to sign with the band under one condition that he and his band, which Faith No More discovered Patton from, got a reco. Records persuaded Mr. Bungle to change the name of the song when Travolta threatened to sue. A music video was made for Quote Unquote, which was banned by many networks for its creepy content. Squeeze Me Macaroni, Stubb A Dub and My Ass Is On Fire contain dialogue samples from the David Lynch film Blue Velvet. Mike Portnoy, former drummer of progressive metal band Dream Theater named Mr. Bungle as one of his 10 favorite progressive rock albums of all time, as he wrote This is one of my top 10 albums of all time, in any genre. It actually scared the shit out of me the first time I heard it. I literally had never heard anything that twisted and evil and joyful
