A third album Viides vuodenaika 1995 and a compilation of ballads Pala matkaa 1996 followed before their success started to wane and Neon 2 became inactive. Both Rainio and Alanko continued with Radionautti which was a more Rock-oriented band. Jussi Rainio later formed Rainio Bros. that released two albums between 2001 and 2006, before he began touring and recording with Ressu Redford as Ressu Redford & Jussi Rainio, while Rami Alanko left the music business completely.
