Groovitas features many great British musicians including Matt Cooper, Dom Glover, Andrew Ross and Bob Doswell, and is like a jazzier version of the Sunburst Band. Reach Into The Light ft Marcina Arnold on vocals is one of the many uptempo highlights. Afro Infusion, Groovitas and Dream Flight ft Princess Fressia are like modern day jazz funk anthems. Vocalist Mazen Bedwei shines on Get it Right, I Like It and Somethings Gotta Give. Rudolph Van Gelder November 2, 1924 August 25, 2016 was an American recording engineer who specialized in jazz. Over more than half a century, he recorded several thousand sessions, with musicians including John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Sonny Rollins, Art Blakey, Lee Morgan, Joe Henderson, Freddie Hubbard, Wayne Shorter, Horace Silver and Grant Green. He worked with many record companies but was most closely associated with Blue Note Records
