I have collected numerous Macca Live concerts over the years, the last one being. Good Evening New York City back in 2008, which was a really lovely recording. Despite this, I was not prepared for Wings Over America. McCartney II was Pauls first solo album since the formation of Wings in 1971. While its highly electronic style was certainly innovative, its cosily domestic origins were reminiscent of 1970s McCartney album.
