Pavers Local 1500 has quickly become my favorite album of 1999. Do yourself a favor and pick it up. Read more. The Pavers Local 1500 CD is 16 tracks that pick up where and improve on the quality and direction Scott was going with GoodBye Harry. 90 of this record smokes so hard that your ears might just burst into flames and the few slower diversions are trademark Scotty and are equally as good. He always manages to throw jazz influenced and twangy countryish tracks in on his records without them sticking out like a sore thumb. No Laughing.
