Mono and stereo versions have the same cover art, with "T/4100" on rear - stereo version has "ST-4100" on label, mono has "T-4100". The stereo version has a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age).
