Robert Filliou born 1926 in Sauve, South of France took 1943 part in the Re'sistance. After the end of World War II he moved to the U. worked there for the Coca-Cola company and studied economics in Los Angeles. In the early 50ies he went as an economist to South Korea, by order of the U. to develop a plan for the recontruction of Korea. After travelling a lot all over the world he came back to France in 1959. To this time he made his first action poems and his first visual work called L'Immortelle Mort du Monde which is an aleatoric theater piece in form of a te. Estate of Robert FilliouPeter Freeman Inc.
