Limited to 69 copies and available only at Pushead's Hyperstoic event in New York City on October 7, 2017.
Comes in "matchbook" style sleeve printed with white ink on white paper, with a separate 12"x12" embossed card on heavy paper that slides in front of the sleeve. Embossed card is signed on the reverse side by Pushead, and the inside flap of the matchbook sleeve is signed by Pushead and Onj.
Also includes one loose A-side label, several art prints by Pushead, and a live photo of the band on heavy stock with the track listing on the reverse. No lineup or recording info is listed anywhere on the release.
