Their long-awaited new EP is called First Slice of Cake, a hint towards just what you can expect the trio comprising Mayur Nanda, Nihal Anand and Nihaal Joseph. Theres a clear flourish of jazz influences amidst the trio, straight from the unpredictable drumming. to the polyrhythmic, intricate guitar work that almost sounds like the equivalent of a scribble. Stuck is the third studio album by American hard rock band Adelitas Way, it was released on July 29, 2014. The album was produced by Nick Raskulinecz, and it was released through Virgin Records. Dog on a Leash is the first single, while the title track Stuck was released as a promotional single from the album. The key strength of First Slice Of Cake is essentially the same as what made Florals second EP so popular last year: it fully experiments with and explores the spectrum of major chord phrases. In doing this, the band are able to bring to life so many different emotions and moods. They may be rather geographically isolated, but Indias Stuck In November have refined a cerebral and technical sound that can compete with the current heavyweights. I cant tell if Deadstar or Stuck In November is the side project, Nihal puts just as much effort into this album as he does anything else hes released on his own.
