The first twelve tracks on this CD reissue recreate that LP's original playing order. The Eldorados formed in 1952, when the average age of high school undergrads Pirkle Lee Moses Jr. Louis Bradley, James Maddox, Jewel Jones and Richard Nickens was 15. A 1950's Chicago do-wop group, the El Dorados was one of the greatest of all time. They used to win the local community do-wop contest with the Spaniels. They were up there with the Flamingos and the Moonglows in Chicago.
