The theme was about having a hunger and desperation for God and we needed a song to really mark the conference with. I continued working on the song right up to the time of the first band rehearsals and as we began rehearsing we felt God really breathe on the music and the lyrics and it became a theme of not just that youth conference but also a song of prayer and personal dedication for our entire church as our worship teams soon began leading.
