Kinks is the self-titled debut album by English rock band the Kinks, released in 1964. It was released with three tracks omitted as You Really Got Me in the United States. The album was re-released in 1998 in the UK on Castle Records with twelve bonus tracks. This reissue was itself reissued in 2004 on the Sanctuary label. Kinkdom sometimes referred to as Kinks Kinkdom is the third US-only album by the English band the Kinks, released in 1965. As with the Kinks-Size album, it is made up mainly of songs not released on an equivalent UK LP. The album charted, peaking at number 47. The album takes all four tracks from the UK Kwyet Kinks EP including both sides of the recent hit US single A Well Respected Man, adding Naggin' Woman left off the US version of their previous LP, Kinda Kinks, recent US singles Who'll. This shows the band transitioning from their older sound, like I is the American version of the Kinks' third album, boasting an altered sequence, plus a few singles. The end result may be a little bit of a hodgepodge, but not notably so, since the Kinks weren't making deliberately cohesive albums at the time.
