The Screaming Jets are a hard rock group that formed in January 1989 in Newcastle with singer Dave Gleeson, drummer Brad Heaney, guitarist Richard Lara, guitarist Grant Walmsley and bass guitarist Paul Woseen. It is important to know this because it becomes clear as soon as the first song starts that TSJ are just an average bunch of Australian blokes who picked up their instruments, learnt a few chords and rhythms respectively, and realised hey guys. Its like a guitarist attempting a riff he physically cant do. You dont record his attempts and put it on the album anyway.
