A studio video was posted on January 16. In April 2009, the band performed a handful of shows with This Time Next Year. In July, the band went on a tour of the US with Four Year Strong, Fireworks, Set Your Goals and Grave Maker. Ups and Downsizing was released through Fueled by Ramen on September 29.
