John Milton is an unlikely hero who uses his special skills to help and protect everyday people. The stories draw you in and I have had to stay up many nights reading when I couldn't put the book down. John Milton is kind of like James Bond gone sour. I'm not talking Roger Moore James Bond, you understand. Throughout the first three novels, John Milton's first employer basically the same folks that James Bond worked for, are frantically trying to clean up loose ends by putting John Milton under a couple of yards of English dirt. I hope that Milton gets the chance to settle up this back business once and for all - but it is definitely long arc material and won't happen too soon.
