Album
Blur is the fifth studio album by the English rock band Blur, released on 10 February 1997 by Food Records. Blur had previously been broadly critical of American popular culture and their previous albums had become associated with the Britpop movement, particularly Parklife, which had helped them become one of Britain's leading pop acts. After their previous album, The Great Escape, the band faced media backlash and relationships between the members became strained. Country House. Blur got an erstwhile victory when Country House reached 1 Roll With it only reached 2 in the UK charts, but Oasis' album What's the Story Morning Glory proved to be a much bigger success than The Great Escape. The single's cover is a picture of the Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany. The line, He's got morning glory, and life's a different story is often believed to be directed to Oasis, but the song was recorded before Oasis finished, let alone released their album. Blur's video clip to their 1995 great hit Country House presents the band performing inside a game called 'Escape from The Rat Race', along with a businessman who is happily delighted with his new house in the country and the great time he spends in it. Balzac, herbal bath, animals farms and even a Queen reference are part of the classic video. 트랙 목록 숨기기 크레딧. Engineer John Smith 4Engineer Julia Gardner, Tom GirlingProducer Stephen Street.
