An 'After the Astronaut' promo CD. And yet here it a photographic proof, no less. A couple of cassette variants exist, but the CD is a rare bird indeed. It appears they changed the name of the project to 'The Last Astronaut' by the time the CDs were pressed, most likely at Capitol's insistence, but even having a title track couldn't save the project from its fate. There's been a total change stylistically - gone are the days of puzzling demented humor, real drums almost the entire album features a beat box or drum machine of some sort, and shockingly over-the-top performances.
