Album
The Hits Collection is a collection of music videos released in 1993 to accompany the Prince's greatest hits collection, The HitsThe B-Sides. Being a single VHS cassetteDVD, the collection is only an hour long and excludes many tracks from the audio release. Many of his biggest hits like When Doves Cry, Batdance and U Got the Look were left off the collection, while the karaoke-style video for Sign o' the Times was included. The collection included some of Prince's earliest videos, which are. With Prince, Lisa Coleman, Dez Dickerson, Sheena Easton. A music video anthology compiling promotional music videos by Prince from 1979 to 1993. Title: Prince: The Hits Collection Video 1993. Prince Hits 1 CD Album New Greatest Hits Best Of. Artist: Prince. Make offer - Mystikal - Prince of the Hits cd 2004. PRINCE - the hits 1 greatest very best singles collection - 18 track cd, 1999. Make offer - PRINCE - the hits 1 greatest very best singles collection - 18 track cd, 1999. Prince - The Hits 1 Excellent Condition. The primary fault with Prince's two-part Hits collection is that both volumes are missing some important singles and are sequenced incoherently, thereby failing to give an accurate impression of his astonishing musical growth. However, they do contain enough necessary items to illustrate why he was one of the most influential and gifted musicians of the '80s, as well as providing a reasonable introduction and compilation for casual fans. Listen free to Prince The Hits Collection Peach, Uptown and more. 15 tracks 75:36. Decades later, there are certain songs I hear that always make me think of the next track on this collection. It's to the point where when I'm hearing the track on it's original album, it just doesn't feel right if it's not followed by the track I know from The Hits. The unreleased track I enjoyed the best was Peach. The B-Sides is also very good. Since Prince has died, I have struggled to find the ideal album to listen to in his honor. I don't think there is one for me. Instead, I can listen to these tracks and remember a time that Prince was immortal to me. The Hits Collection. Pop Rock. Band Name Prince. In conjunction with The Hits 2, the album contains most of Prince's most well-known songs from 13 studio albums, released originally between 1978 and 1993 Batman being the only album not represented. With the exception of Soft And Wet, the more explicit material was saved for The Hits 2 to avoid a Parental Advisory label on The Hits 1. The album also contained two songs which were previously-unreleased by Prince: Nothing Compares 2 U which had initially been released by The Family, but was made famous worldwide by Irish singer Sinead O'Connor and Pink Cashmere.
