A-side "Understood" was recorded in 1976 at the same sessions as "Crazy Kids". It was intended as his second single. We was dropped from Island and the song went unreleased until this release in 2017. Martin Gordon (Sparks, Jet, Radio Stars) on bass. Chris Townson (John's Children, Jook, Jet) on drums.
B-side "Fall In Love Tonight" is a previously unreleased home demo from 1979 with Trevor White handling all instrumentation.
